An event host is anyone – private or corporate – who needs to organise an event and who is looking for an event manager, agency, service, product, or venue to help create that event.

Event Hosts

Once you have verified your email address you will be taken straight to your Eventerprise dashboard and you can start searching for event suppliers.

You can search by:

  •         Location – in your area, nationally or internationally
  •         Name – of a particular supplier
  •       Requesting a quick quote or a detailed proposal from multiple event suppliers using our EventerRFP process.

Eventerprise is an industry specific platform that allows you to compare reviewed and rated event suppliers in a transparent manner. That means you can find trusted suppliers much faster and with far less risk than searching Google for unverified options.

Each supplier profile has a connect button which you can use to send personalised messages to the supplier with options for a return email address and mobile notifications.
You can also send requests for quotes or proposals directly to a supplier by simply clicking the ‘request a quote’ button on their profile and filling in a quick form.

Click on the EventerRFP link and fill in your event requirements. The details will be sent to a selection of qualified event suppliers who contact you directly with their proposals.

You will find a review section on each supplier’s profile. Simply enter your email address and name and click ‘review’. You will be taken to a 3rd party site – for verification purposes – where you can leave your review. Your review will reflect on the supplier’s profile once approved.

Event Suppliers

An EventerProfile is a custom online profile created for your business free-of-charge by us. Use it to showcase all your distinctive service and/or product offerings, collect feedback from your clients and display any awards or industry accolades you have received.
With an EventerProfile you are much more visible online making it easier for potential clients to find you, contact you and request proposals from you.

  1. Navigate to the pricing page.
  2. Choose between a free trial or a premium account.
  3. Sign up with your Facebook, Google, or email account.
  4. You will receive an activation email sent to the email address you registered with.
  5. Please verify your email address and remember to check your junk/spam folder if it’s not in your inbox.


Once you have verified your email address you will be taken straight to your Eventerprise dashboard.

After you have registered and verified your email address you can log into your Eventerprise account by clicking on ‘Login’ in the top right hand corner on

Once you have logged in you will be taken to your dashboard. Click on the edit button next to your business name to go to the inline editor. Fill in the various fields and upload images and videos of your services and products.

We recommend you add as much detail as possible and invite your top clients to add their reviews – it will boost your digital presence and make it easier for new clients to find you.

Here’s a short checklist to get you started:

Images: “A picture is worth a thousand words”. Good quality, relevant images will make your profile more engaging and informative, increasing your lead generation opportunities.

Videos: “If a picture is worth a thousand words, a product video could very well be worth a thousand sales”. Consumers are 50% more likely to buy after watching a product video.

Categories: Display the main areas your business operates in and make sure potential clients can find you when they search for that criteria.

Keywords: Take the category labels one step further and increase your chances of being found. Add all your unique offerings, including specialised services and products, niche venues and special equipment.

Reviews: 90% of consumers are influenced by feedback from other consumers. Show the world your customer reviews and build the trust that leads to more business.

Once your profile has been created you can log into your account and in your dashboard click on ‘edit’ next to your company name. You will be taken to an inline editor where you can edit each item by simply clicking on it.

As part of our mission to connect the world of events we create free profiles for qualified event-related businesses that have been recommended to us or come to our attention. We only use publicly available data to create the profile and it is fully editable by you.
If you feel that an Eventerprise profile does not add any value to your business you are welcome to delete it by logging into and clicking the delete button in your dashboard. Alternatively contact us at [email protected] and we will remove it for you.

A basic Eventerprise profile is free forever but has less features and functionality than a premium profile. Premium profiles are accessed via paid subscription and can be test driven with a free 30-day trial. For a full list of comparisons visit

First of all, make sure that all your profile details are up to date and that you are using quality copy, images and video in your profile. The more reviews you have the more you will stand out as well.
Our EventerAds advertising solution puts advanced digital advertising within the reach of any event business, no matter what its size. Now you can reach a targeted audience on and off the Eventerprise platform without spending an arm and a leg.

Your Eventerprise account dashboard helps you track your profile’s performance, manage requests for proposals or quotes, request reviews from clients and allows you to edit or delete your profile.

By comparing their digital performance to benchmarks within specific event categories event professionals can make the improvements that will grow their business.

We use an independent review mechanism to ensure that all reviews are verified and adhere to our guidelines before being published.

We understand how disheartening a bad review can be. However, as part of Eventerprise’s commitment to being an impartial platform for the events industry, we encourage all reviews – good and bad. Negative reviews are opportunities to delight your client by fixing what went wrong and taking your service or product offering to a higher level.

In the interests of fairness where reviews fall below a 2- star rating, a supplier will be given an opportunity to discuss the rating independently. The review will remain unpublished for a period of 72 hours to allow such a response. At the end of the 72-hour review period, the review will be published.

Although we believe that all feedback is valuable we do have guidelines and minimum standards in place for reviews. For starters, we do not tolerate profanity, hate speech, racism, threats, or personal insults. Reviews need to be unbiased and relevant to a service, product or venue provided by a supplier on the Eventerprise platform. Off-topic or fraudulent reviews will be removed.

No duplicate or promotional content are permitted in a review – content copied from elsewhere on the internet and any form of advertising will be removed. We also expect reviews to respect personal information such as financial information and other personal details.

Please note that Eventerprise reserves the right to remove a review at any time for any reason.

Submitted reviews are first verified for authenticity and validity before they are published on This may mean a delay of up to 24 hours.

We believe that transparent reviews on an independent platform is the best way to keep event suppliers accountable for the quality of their services and/or products. Suppliers who love delighting their clients will thrive on the reviews they gather, while those with something to hide will disappear.

It is a supplier’s responsibility to obtain any insurance as required by law or otherwise related to any profile, communication or transactions made via Eventerprise. Eventerprise recommends that suppliers obtain appropriate insurance for their ‘service / product / venue’ and that they review their policy on a regular basis.
