We have a database of about 1,500 conference and accommodation venues throughout South Africa. We will procure three (and more if required) quotations of suitable venues in the area of your choice. These quotations will be on the original letterheads of the venues. In the event of government departments, we will ensure that all the necessary forms are completed for the relative procurement department.
We'll help you find suitable hotels close to the conference venue to accommodate your delegates. We have negotiated special rates through longstanding relationships with hotel groups. We will handle all the accommodation reservations and relative administration including rooming lists for hotels, confirmation letters to clients and hotels. We will coordinate the welcoming of VIP delegates at the airport and will liaise with the airports company to allow us to erect welcoming stations at international and domestic arrivals.
We're a professional conference organiser, registered with SAACI. The company was formed in 1999 by Stefmare Naude and Marne de Klerk. These two dynamic women have several years experience in the travel trade and have invaluable knowledge of the various hotels and conference venues available in South Africa.
