Eden Catering has twenty years’ experience in creating exciting and delicious food for parties and weddings. Established by Richenda Talbot, she and her team pride themselves on providing fantastic food and exceptional service. Richenda is a qualified Cordon Bleu, having trained at the Cordon Bleu School of Cooking in London. With a further international qualification from Switzerland, Richenda has spent many years teaching, demonstrating and freelance cooking for weddings and parties. She has cooked for the BBC series Ballykissangel, as well as the King of Spain.

Our pre-event tastings are incredibly successful in truly understanding a hosts particular wishes and ideas and incorporating these into the flavour of the food for their event.
We use only the best ingredients. Fresh, locally sourced and organic where possible we know most of our suppliers personally. They understand the importance to our business of having ingredients at their peak. Whether it is perfectly ripened fruit, freshly caught fish, or correctly hung beef our trusted suppliers always deliver only the best.
