Ganache by Sumaiyah Sheriff is a reflection of my passion and love for sharing my creations of beauty and taste in fine nutrition specializing in French Patisserie, Gourmet Foods, Sugar Art and Chocolate Decor.
Christina Martin School of Food and Wine, where I, Sumaiyah Sheriff graduated as a Professional Chef. Chef Eric Berullier was my inspiration and mentor in pastry which led me offering my skills and finding my passion in Pâtisserie.
My love for chocolate led me in graduating at the Lindt Chocolate Studio in Chocolate Décor, Showpiece, Chocolate Making and Confectionery. I then furthered my interest in sugar art skills from Hungarian Master Pastry Chef, Peter Gyorgyicsek.
With an eye for perfection and a cut above the rest, we at Ganache are enthusiastic to share our passion for fine things sweet and nutritious which is bound to enter your kitchens or dinner plates sooner rather than later.
