Our clients consist of associations, ophthalmic groups, and pharmaceutical companies. Our responsibility is to administer all aspects of the event, from cope submittal to finalizing the food & beverage contract. Regulations regarding Optometric educational grants are shifting. Pinnacle Meetings & Events will assist you with any and all aspects of your current and future events. Our goal is to provide value and make the process efficient.
Based on required agenda and location, we select lecturer(s) and formalize contracts, insuring compliance with COPE commercial support requirements of disclosure. Pinnacle gathers all required COPE documents and submit any necessary documents for accreditation. Pinnacle will finalize the contract with the meeting location including menu and payment. We will provide meeting commercial support documents, arrange speaker travel and lodging if necessary, and arrange all necessary audio visual needs.
