  • Am I protected when paying online?

    All credit card payments are processed via Stripe, a US-based payment processing system voted under the top 5 in the Forbes Cloud 100. Eventerprise does not store any financial information on its servers.

  • How do I renew or cancel my subscription?

    Your subscription will automatically renew, unless cancelled with at least three (3) days’ notice. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information. Simply click the cancellation button in your dashboard or email us at [email protected] to cancel your subscription.

  • What are the payment options?

    We accept both credit card and EFT payments. If you prefer doing an EFT please email us on [email protected] so that we can forward the relevant banking details and documentation to you.

  • Can I switch plans?

    You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time by emailing us at [email protected]

  • How do I use a discount code?
